Description
Non-profit professional association is looking to fill a part time bookkeeper position that requires strong attention to detail. We pride ourselves on timeliness, accuracy, and accountability to our membership.
Responsibilities include processing online orders through our web based system, accounts payables and receivables and the creation of monthly financial statements in collaboration with our treasurer and executive director.
We utilize Quickbooks online. This is a work from home position but occasional in person meeting attendance will be required, as well as virtual attendance in some evening and weekend meetings and events.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recordkeeping through quickbooks online and be flexible on days/times to work. This is a 10-15 hours per week position that will occasionally require more hours dependent on association activities and meeting schedule.
